Making a Reservation
How to do business with us
Easy as 1 - 2

Doing business with us the first time involves two simple steps

Registering and sending us your vaccination documentation, and
-
Requesting a reservation.
​
The best way to do this is through our online system using your computer, tablet, or cell phone. Just click any "Book Now" button (or button with similar wording) to register as a customer. We can assist if you are having difficulties.

1. Registration & Documentation
Enter basic essential info about you and your pet into our system. Then:
1. Sign our customer agreement,
2. Get us each pet's vaccination record showing:
a. Rabies,
b. Parvo/Distemper,
c. Bordatella (must've be given within six months of check-in date), and
d. Flea/tick/lice prevention. (No vet required. You can give this yourself.)
3. Enter your credit card details into our secure system, and
4. Submit a reservation request.

Our system prompts you for everything we need. If you do not have your vaccination record, have your vet email it to you and then upload it into our system or have your vet email it to us directly at WoofersPetResort@gmail.com.
2. Reservation
Submit a request for services by clicking the orange "Make a Reservation" button below. Or click the orange "Book Now" paw print on our home page.

We are a first-come, first-served business. NO RESERVATION IS BOOKED OR CONFIRMED UNTIL A CUSTOMER HAS REGISTERED AND COMPLETED ALL OF HIS OR HER INFORMATION .

Once you've registered, submitted your documentation and a reservation request, and your dog has been approved during your meet and greet, we will email confirming your reservation (space permitting).
