Making a Reservation

How to do business with us

Easy as 1 - 2 - 3

 
 

Doing business with us the first time involves three simple steps:

  1. Registering yourself and your pet(s) in our system,

  2. Sending us your paperwork, and

  3. Requesting a reservation.

The best way to do this is through our online system using your computer, tablet, or cell phone. Just click any "Book Now" button (or button with similar wording) to give us some basic info and request a reservation. We can assist if you are having difficulties.

1. Registration

We need some essential info about you and your pet. Our system prompts you to enter it.

2. Paperwork

Before making a first reservation, each new customer must:

          1. Sign our customer agreement

          2. Get us each pet's vaccination record showing:      

                    a. Rabies,

                    b. Parvo/Distemper,

                    c. Bordatella (must've be given within six months of check-in date), and

                    d. Flea/tick/lice prevention. (No vet required. You can give this yourself.)

          3. Submit a reservation request,

          4. Enter his or her credit card number into our secure system. (Providing one's credit card info may also be                          done in person at check-in.)

Our system prompts you for everything we need. If you do not have your vaccination record, have your vet email it to you and then upload it into our system. Or have your vet clinic email it to us directly at WoofersPetResort@gmail.com.

 

3. Reservation

Submit a request for services by clicking the orange "Make a Reservation" button below. Or click the orange "Book Now" paw print on our home page.

We are a first-come, first-served business. NO RESERVATION IS BOOKED OR CONFIRMED UNTIL A CUSTOMER HAS REGISTERED AND COMPLETED ALL OF HIS OR HER PAPERWORK. 

Once you've registered and submitted the paperwork, we will email confirming your reservation (space permitting). Once you are in our system, making a reservation is a snap.
